We've all been hanging out in the Discord server for a while, but let's make this thing a little more official. Welcome to tropicalgetaway, a fun and not at all terrifying 2-week murdergame game! Feel free to use this post to introduce yourself, tell us a bit about you and the character you're bringing, and drop other contact info! We'll be using the server for general game and mod announcements, not to mention trials, but you're still free to link your Plurks for friending, private-convo calls & linking your threads, etc.

We'll be starting the game tomorrow at 3pm EST/12 pm PST/7am NZST. We hope you're as ready as we are!

Hihi! This is Ty, your other mod! I'll be running in screaming tossing up Akane Kurashiki for this game and I'm terrified, yay! It's been a while since I've played a girl and especially one smarter than me so please be kind onegai....

Anyway Akane is from the Zero Escape series which is a totally happy and 100% okay canon where nothing bad happens to anyone, especially not Akane!!! She's not going to be furious at all :') But in general Akane is pretty friendly and adventurous so I'm sure we'll all get along swimmingly. I'm very excited to play with all of you soon!!

Helllloooooo this is Crystal! I learned from my previous murdergame experiences that bringing himbos is the way to go, so I've brought this airhead by the name of Anaido from the anime ID:Invaded. I'm pretty sure no one in this game has watched this anime, so basically: it's Anime Inception: Detective Edition where detectives go into the virtual mindscapes of serial killers to track them down which is a GREAT IDEA and COULD NEVER GO WRONG, EVER.

Anyways, Anaido is just kind of a big weirdo? He's supposed to be a "brilliant detective" that solves MURDERS and CRIMES IN SERIAL KILLER MINDS and stuff but what he does instead is just finger-guns at everyone and calls it a day. Also, he's a bit of a danger magnet so please, uh, stop him before he decides to make friends with zombies or get conked in the head with a coconut or something. How did he even become a detective in the first place? I would say "you'll find out!" but, uh. Well. You'll find out tomorrow why it may not be that easy to find out anything from this overly friendly weirdo who just wants to connect to people. Please help this disaster.

hello friends!!! my name is sisi, and i will be playing yin yu from heaven's official blessing/tian guan ci fu! yin yu is the mask wearing loyal right hand of the ghost king hua cheng. he's also (white text for spoilers) a fallen god that was kicked out of heaven for nearly killing his shidi on accident (kind of) (it's complicated)! in general yin yu is in need of a nap not a murdergame, and is the human-ish version of ( screaming internally ) at all times. luckily, he's extremely competent, DOES hold a brain cell, and is very used to being surrounded by weirdos. so we'll see how this goes!!
